    Been here 4 times since moving to orange, place is usually fantastic, but tonight my family and I ordered 2 Italian beef sandwiches and one blackened chicken caprese sandwich and neither Italian beef came with ajus and the caprese didn't have the pesto on it. Also, none of the sandwiches came with the chips that they're suppose to. I work in restaurants so I know how damaging 1-star reviews can be, that's why this is a 4-star review. The place was pretty busy tonight, so I understand how things can be accidentally forgotten, but I would hate for this to be the reason that a place with such great food goes out of business. I'm sure the team was working hard and this is likely from someone in training making some mistakes. My advice to potential patrons is to double check your order before taking it home, especially when the restaurant is busy.

    What a great pizza place! It was a busy Sunday evening, however our party of 9 was able to walk in and sit down right away ! Service seemed to be short handed for dinner time ... We managed to have great pizza , salad and couple of cold pitchers of beer !

    I usually get a consistently good pizza from Wise Guys. Ordered the Milan both sweet and hot Italian sausage sauté onions and mushrooms mozzarella red sauce. Fair amount of each ingredient chunky chopped mushroom, slices of sweet onion crumbled sausage, great pull on the cheese and chewy crisp crust. Phoned in order for pickup I asked for the pizza to be well done and was told no problem. Upon arrival I am shown the pizza and it's prepared nicely but not well done. Wise Guys is your classic family ambiance with a sizable bar for adults. I did fire my oven up to 450 through the pizza on a screen and toasted to my liking. $24 out the door made two meals out of the eight slice medium pie

    I think this place has some of the best pizza in Orange County. That being said, I like all pizza so never take my reviews too seriously. I appreciate how Wise Guys has a little white board by the register saying approximately how long the wait will be. I like that they are up front about that.
